"Empowering Special Needs Children"
Recognizing the lack of government schemes and educational facilities for intellectually disabled children in rural and tribal areas, Mr. Dilip Jethe took the initiative to establish a residential special school in Bhisegaon in 2007, with government approval. Through the Sahyadri Adivasi Vikas Pratishthan, he provided free education, food, and accommodation for these children, funding much of it personally.
To address space limitations, the Rotary Club, under the leadership of Mr. Purushottamdas Maru, helped construct a temporary building in Chinchvali to support the school’s growth.
The institution’s core mission is to bring special needs children into the mainstream, providing them with value-based education, life skills, and rehabilitation. The focus is on recognizing the abilities within disabilities and developing each child’s unique potential through specialized education, therapy, and regular activities like yoga, meditation, exercise, and cultural programs.

"I have started this school with a belief that every child deserves a quality education. It's a fundamental need of everyone. Special children need special care and special education. Through this school I want to make every special child feel inclusive and make them believe that they too can achieve things like everyone else."
-Mr. Dilip Jethe
"With this school in Rural area, we are dedicated to offering our students numerous opportunities to enhance their talent and skills. Our goal remains constant and unwavering: to mold the students to become independent and responsible citizens."
